Because We Care

At Our Wonderland Emporium, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. We are constantly trying to make our site better, and include more payment options and shipping options to our wonderful customers.

We will not accept AfterPay on preorder items.

AfterPay, PayPal, Klarna and other pay in 4 option methods will be used in accordance with their company policies and further information on these can be found on the companies individual websites.

We will accept returns of items deemed faulty, or not as advertised.

We do not accept liability of items that have been damaged in the postal system as all due diligence and precautions have been taken in the packaging process to ensure your goods arrive safely. 

In the case of Pop Vinyl packaging, the outer packaging is not included in a broken or damaged item as the packaging is fragile and despite our attempts, not always are they delivered to us in 100% condition and the supplier does not constitute this as damage to the product therefore we agree with that term.
